HERRMANN LAW GROUP — Our Record

Herrmann Law Group has continuously represented victims of numerous aviation and other mass transit disaster cases for the last 75 years. From the Soviet shootdown of Korean Air KAL 007 to currently representing 24 families in the recent Sriwijaya Air Crash Flight 182 in Indonesia. Our record of success speaks for itself.

It is important to understand that results in prior cases do not reflect compensation in future cases. Each accident is different; just as each victim's injuries are unique. Nonetheless, we believe proven results reflect the competency and experience of our legal team.

Pfau Cochran Vertetis Amala, PLLC

Seattle | Tacoma | Los Angeles | New York

Pfau Cochran Vertetis Amala (PCVA) was established in 2009 by Michael Pfau, Darrell Cochran, Thomas Vertetis, and Jason Amala. What began as a boutique plaintiffs' trial firm has grown into a nationally recognized litigation firm dedicated to representing survivors, injured individuals, and families against powerful organizations and insurers.

PCVA handles a wide variety of personal injury cases, but a common thread unites them all: a commitment to helping those who have suffered severe harm. Too often, wealthy and powerful defendants abuse their influence or engage in reckless conduct while attempting to minimize legitimate claims. Through their attorneys, they may seek to shape case outcomes in their favor, leaving injured plaintiffs burdened by legal expenses, mounting medical bills, and a sense of hopelessness. Countering this behavior requires the resources, experience, and determination of a seasoned litigation firm, one that is prepared to advocate aggressively for its clients, whether in settlement negotiations or before a jury. PCVA leverages decades of experience investigating claims, filing lawsuits, conducting depositions, and trying cases to uncover the truth and pursue justice for those who have been harmed.

To date, PCVA has recovered more than $1.5 billion in verdicts and settlements for its clients and has played a role in numerous high-profile cases that have led to institutional reform and increased accountability. The firm's mission is summarized in its guiding principle: "Pursuing Justice. Changing Lives."
